Employee participation

Employee participation is guaranteed within VION Food Group. The VION organisation has various forms of employee participation. This varies between countries and activities.

In the Netherlands, each facility in Food and Ingredients has a works council. Representatives from these works councils work together in a Group Works Council.
In other countries, employee participation is organised in accordance with the local regulations. In Germany, employee participation takes the form of, among other things, employee representation in the supervisory body.
