OrganizationThe activities of the VION group are distributed across the two core activities Food and Ingredients which are controlled regionally. Both activities have been anchored at the level of the Executive Board in the new organisation so that the synergy between these two activities is assured. This regional control of the two core activities enables the company to operate as close to its customer and supplier markets as possible. Banner occupies a separate position in the organisation.
